RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We take great pride in the quality of our product line. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, you may return items per our Return Policy and Procedure outlined below.
We gladly accept returns provided the product is in new condition; which means it has not been worn, used or washed and meet the requirements below:

Returns
Our policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with your packing slip.
To complete your return, contact us via email: info@ponytailsportswear.com with your order number to alert us of the return and reason for return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will by notified by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
PLEASE NOTE: As a small business selling intimate apparel, we must charge a $10.00 restocking fee for returned items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you would like an item replaced for a different size, you will need to place a new order and return your prior item per the policy noted above.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. The item is your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it is packed up properly, with original packaging, and cannot get damaged on the way.
Restocking Fee: When processing the return of items that are not defective, we must charge a restocking fee. As an undergarment manufacturer, we do not resell returned sport underwear. We aim to be as fair as possible while keeping prices as low as possible to ensure top-quality product for all of our customers.
